Susan Gong

Founder & CEO

Susan Gong, a former Member of the Immigration and Refugee Board, is the Founder and CEO of Altec Global Inc. She holds an Honours B.B.A. from Wilfred Laurier University and a CPA,CA designation which qualified her for her previous role at the Metro Toronto Housing Authority. She is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.

It is Susan’s work on the Immigration and Refugee Board that led to the creation of Altec Global Inc. She dealt with a wide range of issues and understands the strategies that must be employed to win a successful case. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she is able to communicate with many of her clients in their native tongue, which offers them a important degree of comfort—a key factor when dealing with sensitive and often personal issues.

James Metcalfe

Special Advisor

Mr. Metcalfe has worked for 24 years in the departments of Citizenship and Immigration Canada and of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. With his experience as a Visa Officer, Canadian Consul, and as an independent consultant, he has assisted thousands of people to immigrate and live, work, and study in Canada. His work has required extensive travel throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Mr. Metcalfe’s knowledge of immigration law and procedures has resulted in a clear expertise to analyze issues and resolve complex problems quickly. He is and will continue to be a great asset to Altec Global Inc in the future.

Natalie Tran

Graduated from Ryerson’s Ted Rogers Business Management program and earned the Bachelor Degree of Commerce, Natalie has been a member of Altec Global Inc since 2017. She works closely with everyone at Altec Global Inc and assisting with day to day operations of the firm. Being bilingual in English and Vietnamese, her work is focused in communicating, handling and acting as a bridge between Altec Global Inc and the Vietnamese clients and community in and outside of Canada.

Lane Si

High-end Project Director

Si is in charge of High-end customer resource maintenance and business development for Altec Global Inc with extensive business and corporate development experience in the North American Market, including real estate development, hotel operations, international education and immigration business consulting. He specializes in cross-border financial investment, wealth planning, and private asset management, maintaining long-term collaboration with banks and other professional investment institutions in Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and other provinces. He has provided multinational business consulting services throughout China, Southeast Asia and Russia for more than 20 years and established extensive resources with Politicians, Medias and Business investment conglomerate.

John Burke

AGI Special Advisor

A member in good standing with Immigration Consultants of the Canadian Regulatory Council (ICCRC), John has worked in the public service of the federal government for 29 years and has more than 35 years of immigration experience. He is often asked to provide advice and guidance to immigration practitioners, give lectures to various groups, and hold seminars in his areas of expertise.

Atousa Rahabari

Atousa is a Chartered Accountant from Canada. She has started her career in assurance services in Dubai. She holds a bachelor degree and masters degree in professional accounting. She is proficient in English and Farsi.

Seun Ilori

B.Sc., MBA

Seun Ilori is the founder and managing director of Datageant Ltd. He holds B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Science from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and MBA degree from University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is currently completing a master’s degree in Technology Innovation Management(M.Eng), Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. He is en-route full membership of IoD (Institute of Director, Nigeria).
Seun manages multinational IT firm across East and West Africa. He has a wealth of experience with Israeli multinationals and three independent startups in Nigeria. In less than a decade, he had grown a management team to the tune of $200m. He has a strong command in English language and Yoruba languages and, he is well traveled to over 27 countries in the world for business concepts and innovations. Seun Ilori is an active member of prestigious and foremost Ikoyi Club, Lagos from 2011 till date. He is unintimidated in business ventures and his quietness is good enough to untie Gordian knots in any business domain.

Batkhuu Dashnyam

Mr. Batkhuu Dashnyam is a management professional with combined experience in airline, travel, project management, international business, and leadership. He has a Master’s in Public Administration degree. He also has a Bachelor in Science degree from Western Washington University in the USA where he lived for 7 years.
