The applicant requires:
1. At least 2 years of industry work experience in the 5 years before applying.
2. Full-time long-term job offer, positions at NOC 0, A, B;
3. If the applicant is already in Canada, legal status is required; refugee applicants cannot apply for the program

The employer requires:
1. The employer must be an Ontario enterprise, joint venture, or sole proprietorship; the employer company must have at least three years of operating status;
2. A company located in most of Ontario (in GTA) has revenue of at least $ 1,000,000 and 5 full-time long-term employees
3. Or a company located outside of GTA must have revenue of at least $ 500,000 and 3 full-time long-term employees;
4. The employer must pass the Ontario government’s pre-assessment application before sponsoring the applicant
