OVERVIEW:

Are you a seasoned sales and marketing specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience? We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who is highly organized, data-driven and strategic at executing a marketing strategy for Altec Global. A key component of this role is to develop and execute both inbound and outbound marketing strategies to increase our brand and attract more prospects. Identifying the most cost-efficient ways to build the sales funnel is critical to success. The Sales & Marketing Manager works closely with the leadership team to execute a comprehensive strategy.

 

 

Scope of Duties:

  • Develop an effective and tailored strategy for Altec Global that will grow the sales funnel and deliver high-quality prospects for sales to engage with.
  • Execute marketing initiatives including our digital marketing campaigns to increase organic growth customer retention, and corporate visibility.
  • Manage and execute operational and technical delivery of marketing efforts, such as media campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, lead generation, social media, and promotional activities.
  • Manage individual sales goals and sales activity to meet and exceed sales & gross
  • Develop and manage the sales process (e.g., prospect, proposal, follow-up, close sale, order management, etc.)
  • Utilize CRM system to track sales and customer

 

  • Ensure company core values, mission, and vision as well as our value wedge are aligned internally and externally in our communications and media workflows.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop strategic marketing campaigns spanning multiple touch points.
  • Promote trade show and industry events, and coordinate marketing and publicity materials for events.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively being followed up on and actioned.
  • Execute an effective pay-per-click and SEO (search engine optimization) strategy to ensure a steady, high-quality inflow of leads.
  • Write content as required to enhance our internal and external product

  • Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as brainstorm fresh strategies.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with and manage the sales team to ensure leads are effectively being followed up on.
  • Outbound marketing using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat, and WhatsApp)
  • Event and tradeshow management – speaking opportunities, booking, logistics, promotions, sponsorship, lead generation, and follow-up campaigns.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or related
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales roles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for understanding consumer behavior and trends, and a commitment to driving consumer-centricity across the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute tradeshows, user conferences, and corporate events.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite – particularly

 

  • Webinar Tools: Zoom, Teams and other
  • Comfortable with marketing automation software solutions
  • Organized and detail-oriented! Must be diligent with prioritization and timely project updates.
  • Proven ability to work within a dynamic
  • Comfortable working independently with the ability to complete tasks on time and be proactive.
  • Ability to change tasks and re-prioritize based on business
  • Energetic, motivated, a positive attitude and a sense of humour
  • Language: Being fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese Cantonese and/or Vietnamese is an asset.

 

 

 

Job Type:

  • Full-time and In-Office
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime, (as needed)
  • Weekends, (as needed)
  • Travel and different work hours to service international

 

Compensation:

  • Salary: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year, plus commission
