OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Client Intake Coordinator with a hunter mindset who will lead, motivate, and collaborate with their sales team in building and maintaining a sales pipeline with a high conversion rate. You are self-driven, and hungry and are constantly on the lookout for more opportunities to grow the business.

Scope of Duties:

  • Answer and respond to inquiries (phone, email, messages) from
  • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case and background based on the firm’s SOP.
  • Identify client’s needs and describe services that the firm
  • Collecting prospect’s contact information and their background and recording to CRM system
  • Set appointments for potential clients that meet the criteria of the firm’s
  • Sending retainer agreements and following with prospects and addressing their
  • Work with the marketing department to collaborate on sales and partnership strategies to increase client intake rate.
  • Actively promote programs and services to market and potential clients
  • Establish communications and maintain long-term partnerships with potential partners, prepare and host seminars, and information sessions, arrange meetings, and offer proposals/plans.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts and build long-term relationships to achieve repeat business.
  • Responding to client calls and email inquiries with a sense of urgency, while providing exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have Bachelor’s degree/diploma
  • Worked in the Immigration related field: 3+ years
  • Immigration Client Intake experience: 3+ years
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet strict
  • Ability to handle high work volume
  • Excellent communication and research skills in English and Mandarin are
  • Good time management skills with the ability to handle a high volume of activity and
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently with little
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently and promptly utilizing the tools and resources available.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and
  • Language: Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese is Cantonese and/or Vietnamese is an asset.

 

 

Job Type:

  • Full-time and In-Office
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime, (as needed)
  • Weekends, (as needed)
  • Travel and different work hours to service international

 

Compensation:

  • Salary: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year, plus commission
